All member profiles are created within the Wix framework and therefore will be subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Get Acting Hub will not use your personal details for anything when you sign up for free membership. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter then you must do this in addition to joining as a member.

If you choose to sign up to our mailing list we will send you emails to the address provided and personal data may be stored to facilitate this on either/both the Wix and/or MailChimp platforms. You are welcome to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time should you wish to.

All payments for business and event listings must be made via Stripe. Get Acting Hub will not hold, store, or keep record of any payment details outside of their website/platform. Please see Stripe's privacy policy if you want to know more about how they will process your personal data.

Details that are collected via email when you list a business or event with us will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating the creation of the listing. Any personal data provided during the listing process will be held on our website and also backed up onto a Google drive for as long as your listing continues to be live on our website. Details on expired listings will be deleted. Any contact details will be stored by us on the outlook email platform in order for us to deliver a smooth service. Please see Microsoft Outlook's privacy policy if you want to know more about how they will process your personal data. We will not use your contact details for any other purpose unless you also decide to opt in to receive our newsletter.

Get Acting Hub reserves the right to share business and event listing images and information via our social media to help promote businesses, events, and the services Get Acting Hub offers. We will only share what you provide to us for your listing.
