Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested via email only if you have paid but are unable to provide the details for us to create your event or business listing. Any requests made will be solely at the the discretion of Get Acting Hub and we are under no obligation to issue refunds.

 

Once a listing has gone live no refunds can be issued, this includes partial refunds should we need to take your listing down for any reason or should you request its removal from our site.

 

Should Get Acting Hub be unable to list your business or event, we will issue a refund.

Any refunds will be issued via Stripe and any processing fees will be deducted from the refund total, unless the refund is due us being unable to list your event due to technical issues in which case you will be refunded in full.
